An agency brought me to help craft customer stories for SAP’s 2023 Innovation Awards. These award applications are an intensive process where the writer is given 2 hour-long interview sessions with the customer, then partners with the account’s Customer Success and Account Managers to craft a compelling story to help the candidate win. I wrote 3 submissions, and one of them won!

The award submission took the form of a pitch deck marrying tight copy, big storytelling, and technical fluency that set them ahead of the pack.
